I need to know how can i run Diode example to see these graph, please help me

Thanks for you interest in the program. If you have the software installed, you can find the example in the examples/diode/diode_1d.py. You would then uncomment the code at line 55 onward.
It is probably easiest just to download these files from:
https://github.com/devsim/devsim/tree/main/examples/diode
if you are having difficulty finding them in your installation.
What operating system and Python are you using? Windows with Anaconda Python, or something else. This is helpful so I can give you more specific instructions.
