Is there any examples about pn junction?

I don’t have any prepared examples for plotting in Spyder. There are some questions on this forum from others who have done so. There are many diode examples that can be adapted in the examples/diode folder. If you are using Anaconda with a pip install of devsim, these examples should be in the $CONDA_PREFIX/devsim_data folder
