Electricfield and Potential plot

Dear All, does anyone has the script for plotting the potential and electric field in the diode_1d.py example.
I am trying to get the following plot shown in the DEVSIM manual.
I appropriate you help.

It defines at xmid at the middle of the edge to plot against the edge model values. Please note that if the edge values are not oriented in the same direction, that you scale the vector edge quantity you are plotting (Electric Field, Current Density), with unitx, which will recover the proper direction.
