I am a student studying semiconductor device simulation with devsim.
I’ve looked at the examples provided by devsim, but I don’t have the example I want, so I ask a question.
Is there an example where you can see the energy band diagram or i-v characteristic curve of mosfet?
Can you make an example like that if it doesn’t exist?
I’m asking because I think it’s too difficult to make a code myself.
Please let me know if you have Pn junction as well as mosfet.
